On the morning of May 24, the high tech research group of Nanning science and Technology Bureau came to our company to carry out research on the technology application project of high energy power 4680 lithium battery case intelligent manufacturing technology R & D and application project.

During the investigation, the investigation team of Nanning science and technology department visited the production site of 4680 battery case. Shen Ping, general manager of our company, longfeiyan, deputy general manager, and Professor huangqinfang of Guangxi Polytechnic accompanied the investigation and presented ××× The delegation introduced in detail the production technology and process of high energy power 4680 lithium battery case.

The project of high energy power 4680 lithium battery case is the first fully automated production line of ultra-thin and super large stainless steel battery case, which was jointly developed by our company and Ningde times in 2021 to crack the technical neck bottle layer by layer.

The guidelines for the application of Nanning science and technology plan projects in 2022 pointed out that "support the research and development and industrialized application of key technologies such as the design, manufacturing and control of key components of new energy vehicles, such as high-energy density power batteries and management system technology of new energy vehicles, and lightweight vehicles", and clearly support the development of high-energy power battery project research.

During the investigation, the general manager of our company introduced to the investigation team of the science and technology department the reasons for the establishment of the 4680 battery project, the production technology application of the 4680 battery case, the breakthrough of the technical bottleneck and the current project progress.
